We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some international destinations. Please email us for international orders at email@example.com to receive a shipping quote to your location.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please note that it can take from 24-48 hours to process some orders.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are based mostly on dimension rather than weight. Because of the larger dimensions of such products as instrument cases, prices for shipping tend to be higher despite the low weight of the product itself. Moreover, to reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price (The shipping charge to your location will not be refunded). Return shipping costs are only covered by Symfonisk if the return is a result of our error (e.g. we sent you the wrong item). Returned products that are not in "new" condition will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. Note that return shipping must include insurance for the price of the product being returned.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Once Symfonisk receives your order, we verify pricing and availability prior to shipping. If there is any change in pricing or availability, we will notify you by email or phone. While Symfonisk strives to provide our customers with excellent customer service and quality products at competitive prices, please note that pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Moreover, receipt of a confimration email for an order does not constitute a "contract", as all sales must be approved by Symfonisk prior to shipment. We reserve the right to cancel any order.
